... so hi! :)
Lots to see and say about every day since September 1st.. it's been a whirlwind to say the least, but it's been a wonderful few months.
I've been trying to remind myself to live each day as what it is, one day. One day to be awesome or just one day to be lousy.. but that it's one day, not a commitment to dismal failure or resounding success. How does a photographer do that you might ask, well... like this:

I'm a better, stronger, happier person when I was in August, or any other month before that. Pioneering again has just been blessing after blessing, talking more at doors to every type of person is a lot like flexing muscles that haven't been worked in awhile. I need more practice and I've fallen into bad habits but working with a lot of different ones in our hall is definitely helping with that.
A lot of well meaning people told me, "how can you pioneer won't that be hard on your children?" turns out the answer to that would be a resounding NO. They are thriving and pushing me waaay out of my comfort zone to say the least. Gracie girl is blossoming, working with others and walking, not just wanting to stay with me and be carried. This time of year is not good for her since she's a Hallo-weenie and gets freaked out by every fake spider and every fake spider web, giant pumpkin or plastic skelaton.
Heidi has been truly breath taking in her growth, she's made huge leaps and bounds, not just in her physical growth, (almost up to my shoulder?!?!) but she's joined the Theocratic Ministry School, becoming a publisher, and making her own arrangements so she can put in long days.
Also... writing a pretty awesome paper about the enigmatic and "supercool" Platypus...
our family now knows many a random platypus fact, just ask us!
Ok this friendly update has been brought to you by the house of quiet and wellbehaved children and the fresh pot of coffee that a dear and darling hubby made for me..
;)

That's wonderful. I remember when my Mom pioneered and we would go out in service with her all day. The brothers, and especially the sisters, were so helpful and talkative so it wasn't "boring" sitting in the car. We practiced learning scriptures, the order of the books of the Bible, the fruitages of the spirit, etc. One especially fond memory.....super hot day. We brought a picnic lunch with us and we were working rural territory so we went to Games Lake and ate....then Mom let us GO IN THE LAKE with our dresses on just to cool off and then we sat in the car the rest of the day. But you know, adults handle hot and whatnot better than kids. It was just a special memory!
Did you know that platypus can EAT DOGS??????
Sage, I did know that! A platypus expert informed of that fact just last month! I am seeing teeth in those duck like mouths....scary.
ahem... platypus does not have teeth.. I have been recently informed by an expert in the field of platypi, they scrape up gravel from the ocean floor and then use that to mash up their food.
ok, so no teeth.. but now it's "Ocean"?!?
No dog is safe!
